Shoots rockets, that you can guide by moving your mouse!

Crafting:

Now you have to load it with rockets (configurable, fire charge by default)! Right click with it while holding SHIFT!

Reloading:

And now you can shoot! Your current ammo will be displayed on a scoreboard (when scoreboards are enabled). Note that your rocket launcher have to be reloaded after each shot (this is done automatically; reloading progress will be shown above your health and food bar).
