MagicalSpells is a plugin that allows users to craft wands from materials and cast the spells available to that wand. It is fully configurable and people can create their own custom wands and spells. This video will show you the basics:

Description
MagicalSpells is a plugin that allows the users to cast magic and craft wands whenever they want. It lets them collect the correct materials for a specific wand, craft the wand and then cast spells using that wand. It can be configured to disable magic in worldguard zones, undo the explosions and damage to the environment, change the cost, cooldown, size and range of each spell and even create your own spells and wands.

Reporting Bugs
Post the bug here In it include the error (if there is an error), your config.yml (if edited) and settings.yml(if edited), what you were doing at the time (what command,spell,wand...), what version you're using, and if possible what other plugins you have (optional).

Posted Jan 26, 2013Hello This is Aya. I am hosting a server in Japan. This plugin is awesome and all of the player's at the server love it. We are sometimes playing Events creating are own weapon and fighting. I have some requests for this plugin. First, It will help if there is a option where I can change the chat logs, when spells are used. My server is in Japanese so If you give me the option I will translate it. Next is to Keep on updating, adding new magics. We will enjoy this plugin more if there are constant updates. Thank you for the awesome plugin.

You could use worldguard to disable all terrain damage. Just turn of fireball block damage, creeper explosions, wither explosions, etcetera.

Posted Dec 3, 2012I remarked that some of the spells are having problems with repairing the world, especially the ones that create big explosions (The explosion's borders are not well-fixed). I wonder if it is possible to disable all world damage because I want to use it on a aventure gamemode world (I want nothing to be broken). Also, a serious problem in PvP is that the Explosion handlers sometimes traps the players inside the crater so they die suffocating. Even if I give them /top, the players using these spells are too much advantaged.
I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how to disable world damage. If it can't be done, please tell me because I don't want to lose my time on it. Thank you very much.

This plugins permissions is defective and theres no support on this plugin anymore and its also inactive trust me i've been trying to get the permissions to work for quite some time now and I gave up a while back I would go to a plugin called MagicSpells.

Posted Nov 9, 2012This is an amazing plugin, thank you very much for it! I have a server in its infancy which uses MS but which is no longer open to the public due to anticheat and permission troubles.
I was wondering if it is possible to make casting individual spells cost not just different amounts of exp, but items as well. For example, I have made a modified version of your default spell like "Zeus" which is a storm/volt size:120, I want this to consume both xp, and items (8 book shelves for example)
I guess what I am trying to ask is, is there a way to have local variables for individual spell costs which consume items as well as xp?
