LWC is the longest-lived single block protection plugin that protects both the block itself and contents of Chests, Furnaces, and Dispensers. It can also protect any other blocks, and by default will also protect Doors (Wooden + Iron), Signs and Trap Doors.
Blocks can be protected with three basic protection types:
Private
By default, only you can access this protection. You can also modify it (or specify when creating) to add other players or groups to the protection, so they can access it. Say you wanted Notch and Hidendra to both access the protection. When creating the protection, you could do /cprivate Notch Hidendra or if it already exists /cmodify Notch Hidendra. If you wanted to remove Hidendra from the private protection, you can use /cremove -Notch
Password
A password is set on the protection and anyone that knows the password can open it. You yourself also need this password each time you log in.
Public
Mainly targeted at community chests, a Public chest means just that: anyone can access it, but no one can protect it which makes it advantageous because it cannot be made private by someone else.
Commands
/lwc- The LWC command for everything, however aliases are available to make some commands shorter. Type /lwc in-game for more detailed help./cprivate- The alias of /lwc create private (or /lwc -c private), it creates a private protection./cpassword <password>- The alias of /lwc create password <password>, it creates a passworded protection./cpublic- The alias of /lwc create public, it creates a public protection/cremove- Allows you to remove a protection you own (or if you're an LWC admin, any protection) - you must click on the protection after using/cremovein order to remove it./cunlock <password>- Allows you to attempt to gain access to a passworded protection after LWC tells you you attempted to open a password protection.... more! There are aliases for all major used commands and every alias is not listed here.
Permissions
Basic permissions:
lwc.protect- Allows the player to create and manage their own protections. It also allows them to use enabled modes and flags.lwc.mod- Allows the player to open any chest, but not remove them.lwc.admin- Gives the player absolute power to LWC - this node should be considered dangerous if used incorrectly as this node essentially gives you the right to destroy every protection (and even the block & inventory contents associated with it) in one command!lwc.deny- Prevents players with this node from interacting with anything LWC can protect. For example, from opening or destroying protected and unprotected chests, furnaces, etc if protectable.

Posted Jul 5, 2012any way of removing all protections in an area ether by radius or selection? this would make it easy for me to manage the server's plots of land as some people move out of a town so there plot reverts to the original lay out and buy a plot some were else and build a new home. the lwc is still protecting the blocks so when another person buys the first land there are still blocks on his land he can not edit making it hard for a GM because he has to brake those blocks to remove the protection or purge all protections from the player. he can not do that as he has protections in another plot and there for would make them unprotected as well. there is no easy way to search the area ether.
any idea how this can be done or can you please add a way to do this as i dont think im the only one who would find a "remove all with in radius", a use full command.

Posted Jul 3, 2012The magnet function for chests is causing tick lag every few seconds on my server. I put a ticket it, but it doesn't look like tickets are being updated. Is there another place I can submit a ticket on this? Thanks.

Posted Jul 3, 2012Is there a way to use Essentials Economy to support the LWC-Economy? I guess what I am asking is..is there a way to use Essentials Economy to make a charge per protection instead of using iConomy?

This is enabled by default in the plugin.yml file of LWC.jar, NOT the folder, just the .jar file, and scroll down about 81 lines to permissions. There will be a list of all the nodes. lwc.protect is the only one with default set to true; change it to false and your permissions will work fine.
EDIT: It seems a lot of people have a problem with this, I think it should be highlighted in the description

Posted Jul 2, 2012Could you add a blacklist to the config that prevents players from putting specific items into chests/furnaces/jukeboxes?

Posted Jul 1, 2012Hey, try using your plugin with CreeperHeal, and let a chest explode. LWC throws an error ;) Everything works well, but console gets spammed with errors. Maybe you can fix this? [SEVERE] Could not pass event EntityExplodeEvent to LWC

Posted Jul 1, 2012Permissions aren't working that well. People can use "lwc.protect" without ANY node. Although the mod and admin nodes work, I cannot deny lwc.protect on worlds where I don't want people to protect chests, like the PvP world. I use the latest version of PEX. Please fix this soon, I don't want to have to move to Lockette.

Posted Jun 30, 2012I have fixed the problem with people using levers to bypass door/gate/hatch protection. You will need to give an additional flag to the protection. Type "/lwc flag redstone on|off" to add a flag on the protection as to whether redstone can still work on it.

Posted Jun 30, 2012Permissions not working at all! Because my default group can protect chests even without any permissions. And also I gave the lwc.mod to my moderators group and then they couldn't even protect chests then. So your permissions is f*ed up. PLZ fix them.... btw im using PEX.

Posted Jun 26, 2012ok, changing the values to 'off' did indeed fix my problem, doesn't really make sense though, i would have expected a 'true/false' value, but meh.
I'm a happy little vegemite now :)

I've changed autoregister to OFF for all.. Hit Ctrl-F to find all autoregisters and change it to OFF. Works for me.
