Description
What is Lottery+? Lottery+ is a simple and powerful lottery plugin that makes lotteries easy to make and fun to play! Why should you choose my plugin verses others? Other plugins tend to limit you on options and your lotteries, whereas mine possesses limitless options! For instance these lotteries can have extensive options such as Towny support, Item economies, Item rewards, ect... To get started, follow my step-by-step tutorial. Hope you enjoy it!

- You can attach a sign to a lottery so your users can use those instead of commands.
- Supports NuVotifier so you can rewards users for voting for your server.
- One of your users helped out with building something? You can rewards them tickets with '/lottery reward'
- One of your winners wasn't online during the drawing? No problem! Lottery+ will simply store their winnings in 'claims.yml' so that when he/she jumps on later they can simply use '/lottery claim'
- Your server not in fluent English? Or maybe you'd like the wording better on one of the messages? No biggie! Lottery+ pulls of it's messages from 'lang.properties'
- Want to do more than just have a pot on your lottery? You can also add all sorts of item rewards and you can even add a 'command reward' that dispatches through the console so that covers a lot of bases.
- Worried about players forgetting about lotteries? No problem. You can set in the config to remind players about them.
- Lottery+ also will check updates from time to time (set in config)

How do I start creating lotteries?
You can start creating them by following my thorough step-by-step tutorial. There are also some videos you can watch.
Are lotteries saved after my server reloads or stops?
Yes. Lottery+ is constantly saving it's lotteries to ensure they are up to date.
Do I need to install any plugins for Lottery+?
No, you do not need any plugins. It is recommended that you have Vault if you want to use your server's economy. Lottery+ also supports Towny and Votifier.
Where can I donate?

Is there a way to edit the messages?
Yes. If look for a file called 'lang.properties', you can edit the messages in their.
Troubleshooting
Before reporting an error, please consider doing a complete reinstallation. If you have done this, please consider writing a ticket. Be sure to add your config.yml and lotteries.yml when writing your ticket (using pastebin is fine as well). Remember, the more bugs I squash, the better the plugin becomes!

Posted Mar 30, 2013Im having problems giving permissions to guests to allow them to use the sign it says [LotteryPlus] - You do not have permission.
I use Group manager my group configuration is

That only works for non-repeating lotteries, doesn't it? Would it be possible to have a "lastwinner" sign for repeating ones? We run an auto repeating weekly lottery and it would be good to have their name on the sign for the week.

Posted Mar 12, 2013Its a very nice plug-in, but i have a suggestion:
You dont only buy tickets, you choose 1 to 6 numbers from 0 to 99. (In config file you put how many numbers for this lotery and a ticket cost)
So you right click the sign and it ask you: wich is the numbers that u choose? And u have to say: number1 number2 number3 ...
After the time, the plug-in sort random numbers and say the winner. (If someone win, if not, the money accumulates to the next round and have one global account to deposit a little tax when sells each ticket and a tax when the pride accumulate. If have more than 1 winner, the pride is divided between them).
In config you choose:
-How much time to other round
-A countdown time to start the lottery (like is now) or a specific date to start. The date, you can config the format: DAY/MOUNTH/YEAR or MOUNTH-DAY-YEAR...
-How much money for the global account to each lottery.
-The tax of a ticket
-The tax of the money acummulate (number or % of the money that accumulate) ...
I think it is a good idea ;)

using pex? I'm experiencing permissions confusion too, even settings like "-lottery.sign.*" don't change that, every user can create signs. Also rewarding _seems_ to be possible for everyone - though the tickets are only counted as "tickets bought" but not added to the pot. Came quite like a surprise to me, because I only checked the working of lottery.admin.* by using /lottery reload with different users, there it worked correctly.

Posted Feb 25, 2013Hey Randude14 - Thanks for working on this for all of us, if you are willing to keep trying to make this work. I'll keep helping you test it. I updated to the new version v0.8.7 , then started server and the game. i went to signs, they were stopped. I right-clicked on them both and they started, but like 17 and 18 hrs were added to the lotteries. I let it be. saved the lotteries, they were still running. I then TP'd out to a different location and TP'd back. both signs were stopped. when I right-clicked them both this time, it only ffered to sell me tickets. I submitted a ticket and pasted in links to my config file and saved lotteries file so you could see how it added the crazy reset times to the lotteries (180000?) and when I looked at my server log, all seemed normal while loading lottery+. no errors were reported. here is a copy of that, showing version numbers and what not. http://pastebin.com/PBPmavNy
