with the new 0.7.2 version our server conole got tons of cant keep up msg spam all the time every 2-3 seconds

Getting the same error here. Variable is ticketcost.

I know it says to talk to the vault people if there is a permissions problem but this one just simply stumping me. No user group or user on my server has any lottery.admin.anything nodes, and everyone can force draw any lottery. No one has those permission nodes. I have tried it with perms enabled and with them disabled. I have tried it with perms default to op and without perms default to op. I am using the newest version of Vault. I am using the newest version of PEX. I am stumped, and my players are missing using lottery. Please help!

Can someone please paste an example of a working lotteries.yml?

The yml file starts with save: { }

but whenever I create a lottery, the server just gives me an error loading lotteries message and resets the yml file.

I have an error. When I try to set up a lottery sign it doesn't work and when I do /lottery it doesn't do anything. I am using Bukkit R4.0 and Lottery+ version 0.7.1. Config file: properties:

1. whether permissions should be enabled permissions: false

1. whether permission should default to ops or not permissions-op: true

1. time between lottery drawings time-after-draws: 5

1. should broadcast the buy message out should-broadcast-buy: true

1. time between reminder messages reminder-message-time: 30

1. whether to enable the reminder message or not reminder-message-enable: true

1. used to remind players of the lotteries reminder-message: '&eDont forget to check your servers lotteries. Type /lottery list to list lotteries.'

1. used when a player attempts to buy a ticket from a sign sign-message: '&eName: <name><newline>&eTicket Cost: <ticketcost>'

1. used when a player buys a ticket buy-message: '&e<player> has bought <ticket> ticket(s) for <lottery>'

I had the same problem, just add a lottery in the config before loading up the server and it will work.

hey i've tried installing the lastest version of the plugin into my server a few times. im using the latest craftbukkit. none of the commands work. i type /lottery and nothing happens, i even type /lotteryhelp and still nothing shows up at all. it doesnt even say invalid command. i created MAIN lottery too and the basics wont even appear like help. do you have any idea what could be causing this? i have like 20 other plugins that work fine. i have vault btw.

I have something weird going on, one of the players on my server ALWAYS wins the lottery when she enters.

Everyone else has a random chance when its just them, but as soon as this one player buys tickets, she wins. Also she's able to do /lottery claim multiple times and keeps getting her rewards over and over.

Using the new 0.7.1

Have a problem: When a user/group is given the lottery.* permission, they seem to have no permission for lottry at all, and have to be give specific lottery.buy, etc permissions. Info: Bukkit 1.2.5 R4 Permissions: GroupManager and Vault

Is there a setting in lottery.yml that could be causing this?

I think its nicer for people to use signs to buy lottery tickets than cmds.

I tried using a sign, it didnt work, everytime i try /lottery, it wont work, PLEASE HELP

That is weird, i use vault, and all other plugins that hook onto vault are fine. Yes they can do the command, and they are exploiting it by force drawing the lottery. Hence i was left with no choice but to remove the plugin.

Can you by any chance paste your config for this plugin for me to see? :( thanks!
