Use my other plugin Log! It is a full block logger that doesn't need MySQL! For this reason, I abandoned this plugin

Is your server being griefed, but you can't figure out who is responsible? Is LogBlock too complicated to setup? Do you need an instant solution?
Look no further than Log The Blocks!
As the name suggests, this plugin logs all block breaks and places. In console, it will tell you the time, player, which block was changed, and the coordinates. This can be spammy, so it is not recommended to be used 24/7, or on a public server.

It was built with 1.8, but as far as I know, it should work on 1.7.10. It really has no version dependence.
