/lpr pickables {block_id1,block_id2,block_id3...} - set the list of block, that could be lockpicked or rented.
/lpr access {permission node prefix}* - set the prefix for permission node. Default is "mclpr.access." This prefix will be composed with third line of [access] sign and if player has permissions (for example: mclpr.access.miner) he will gain access to something controlled by sign [access]/miner
/lpr cfg - display current configuration

perm={on/off} - switch permissions (on or off)
economy={on/off} - use economy plugin or pay with items
payitem={material id} - payment item (economy=off)
paytime={minutes} - paytime interval in minutes
calctime={minutes} - daily calculating time (default 12:00)
frhour={hours} - time remaining before the calculation, during which renter is given an additional day of rental
defpr={price} - default price for any rent or price sign
hdist={distance} - hearing distance of failure message
dmg={damage} - failure damage (1 = 1/2 of heart)
mrp={days} - maximum rental period, default - 14 days
skm={percent} - skill modifier for skilled crack-bulgar
chbr={percent} - chance to break lockpick

id={item id} - item id for lockpick. Default is 294 (gold hoe) as lockpick, and 293 (diamond hoe) as advanced lockpick.
chance={percent} - lockpick success chance
broke={value} - speed of locpick deprecation

/lpr pitem add <item_name>=<item_id>[:data]* - add new item to payitem list.
/lpr pitem del [item_name]* - remove item from item-list
/lpr pitem list* - shows all items' names
/lpr pitem check [item_name]* - shows item id and type

/lpr copy - copy sign to clipboard
/lpr paste - paste clipboard to sing
/lpr cbN (N=1..4) - modify clipboard line
/lpr cbm - toggle clipboard mode (you can copy sign with shift+right click sign with paper, and paste with right-clicking)
/lpr cbo - toggle empty lines overwrite mode. When mode is active empty line from clipboard will not replace lines on sign
