LockChest - A chest locking plugin:

LockChest is (as far as I know) the only updated chest locking plugin. It allows players to place a sign with their name on a chest, which will prevent other users from opening it. This lock can be broken, if you're in creative mode, which gives administrators that ability to help when something goes wrong with a sign.
