Introduction

LiveSupportChat makes it possibile that you can support a player of your server directly in a LiveSupportChat on your Minecraft-Server Chat.

• You can get a List from guys who need support!
• LiveSupportChat ! :)
• The Admins will be informed about a support request in the chat!
• If theres no supporter online, the player will receive a message at /sup
• You can kick a player from the support list!
• Easy to understand!
• You can customize all messages! :)

NoSpamSupportTimer

This is the newest feature of this plugin. If someone annoys you or you just want to disallow him the support chat, enable in the config in the section "NoSpamSupportTimer" the timer. Then he can´t request the supportchat for few seconds and the admins will not getting annoyed for (default) 15 seconds.

Commands

• /sup - Request a Live-SupportChat or as Supporter you go with longest waiting player in a room
• /sup <playername> - The Supporter goes with the player in a Live-SupportChat
• /sup kick <playername> - The Supporter kicks the player out of the chat
• /sup list - The Supporter see the active supportchat requests
• /sup close - The Supporter closes the Live-SupportChat with a player
• /sup reload - Admin can reload the Config

Installation

Put the LiveSupportChat.jar in the plugins folder in your server and start the Server and it works!

Permissions

1. SupportChat.support - Allows the player to support players, kick players out of the support chat, close the supportchat or see the active supportchat requests
2. SupportChat.reload- Allows the player to reload the config file

NOTE: The players (the guys who get supported) self don´t need permissions for this plugin.
