Link Sender 0.1.0

Description

This plugin make possible open on client computer any web-page in default browser.
Work with client side mod, that filter chat.
When in chat put string "LINK: http://example.com" client open in browser example page.

Installation

Plugin

Put NCC-LinkSender.jar to plugin folder.

Mod

  1. Open your minecraft.jar in your archiver.
  2. Remove META-INF folder.
  3. Put files from "client" folder to minecraft jar.

Usage

You can use it for geting tips on events or make announcements for Web auction.

When you want to create link put sign and edit text:

  • First line must be "[Link]".
  • Other three contain link with "http://". You have small space for type link. Use bit.ly

Right click on this sign open it in browser.

When you want open link for all users, type "/lsend http://example.com"

Permissions

  1. ls.send - using /lsend
  2. ls.create - create sign with link

  1. Add confirmation dialog before open link
  2. Translate this description to true english. Because this is terrible.
