Lightning Rod

You can hit a block within 200 blocks of your position. Be sure to add the permission node "lightningrod.allow" as you need this for the lightningrod to be enabled. This is a plugin which can be used for fun at the moment but will become more serious over time.
To use this plugin all you do is put your cross-hair on the block you want to hit then left/right click. This will make lightning strike that position.

Hello Bluemanclarinet3, You don't require any programs and it does run on Mac. You need to run it through the Minecraft server. It may be an issue with the Java version on your Mac if it will not work however I added compatibility for Java 6 & 7 so that shouldn't be the issue. It may also be that my plugin is largely out-dated and I don't develop much any-more.

Okay just waiting for the download 2.0 to be accepted. You need to assign the permission lightningrod.allow if you want to be able to use it. Also be sure to hold a fishing rod.
