LegacyPVP
LegacyPVP allows you to switch back to features from minecraft 1.8 pvp in minecraft 1.9.
People complaining about cooldown or bad armor? try Legacy PVP!
Features
Armor: Make armor a lot strong like it used to be. each defense point blocks 4% of all damage.
This maked your fights last much longer.
Cooldown: Remove cooldown from all items, you will be able to instantly use sword and axes at maximum damage.
Useful for giving players that click faster an advantage in pvp.
Weapons: Revert weapon damage to their original values, this makes swords stronger than axes to compensate for the removal of the axe's cooldown.
Note: this is automatically enabled when cooldown is.

Permissions
legacypvp.update - Shows update notifcations for player if update is enabled.
Update Checker
By default, LegacyPVP will check for updates from bukkitdev every 3 hours.
This feature can be disabled by setting "update-checker" to "false"
Anyone with the permission node legacypvp.update will be notified of updates, and it also able to download them via /legacypvp update.
Which again can be disabled by disabling the update-checker
