Soar through the air majestically like an eagle (piloting a blimp?)!
Description
This plugin adds the ability to create launch pads similar to the way they are seen on various servers. When you step onto a launch pad, you will be launched into the air approximately 60 meters on the Y axis. There is also a command that does that as well.
Usage
Pads: Place a block of Emerald ore. Then on top of that, a stone pressure plate. Step on the pressure plate to be launched.
Commands:
- /launch: Launches person like a pad.
- /launchpads: Reloads configuration.
Permissions
launchpads.cmd: Allows use of /launch.
launchpads.reload: Allows use of /launchpads to reload the config.
Intended Use
The LaunchPads plugin is intended to be a fun addition to your bukkit server. It also helps to reach high places quickly. Build a tall house, need to get to the roof? Make a launch pad!

Posted Jul 4, 2014Mornin' BukkitDev. I'm almost done with a rewrite for this. I kinda screwed up the computer my plugins were on before, and I'm coding them all from scratch. And I've even got other plugins planned. Latest version should be up soon.

@lecraeman I don't know about the NoCheat thing. I haven't tested against that. Basically this just sets a players velocity so they fly really high. If NoCheatPlus has something against it, I'm not sure what to do.

Posted Jul 17, 2013I put some thought into permission nodes and realized there's really no way to implement this except disabling emerald ore placement for everyone except who has the permission. So that's out of the question.. For now at least.
