What this does is pretty much block Strength Potion II, there is no way of glitching it, when you shift and look at the ground and then drink the strp2, it blocks it, if a player tries to splash strp2, it blocks it, there is pretty much no way of using strength potion II, the reason I made this plugin is because most pvp server owners complain about strp2 being too op, I didn't know much about strp2 in 1.6, so I went out to pvp with a iron sword, and I could 2 shot full iron guys with a iron sword and strength 2 with me having no armor.
Config file
A config file has been added since version 1.0, you can now set your own default message for when someone tries to use a strength pot II potion.
Commands
None at the moment!
Permissions
None, but I'm probably going to add one to bypass block strength 2.
Basically what this does is not allow you to drink the potion Strength II, it will block it / cancel when you try to drink it!

It does bypass it, it also blocks Regular Strength pots. Splash potions bypasses it aswell

I'm pretty sure you can't bypass it with that.
I've tested it a little bit back, it didn't work.
I didn't test it very well, but I'm %70 sure that it can't be bypassed by dispensers.
