NotAllowedMessage: That won't do anything for you...

Note: 'Subjects' are all the entities (players and mobs) that are within your range

Range: The range of your NI
FireTicks: How long in server ticks your subjects burn for (20 server ticks = 1 second)
Damage: How much damage is done (1 damage = half a heart)
AlmostKill: Not implemented yet
Kill: if your subjects are killed or not
Push Up: How far up your subjects are launched into the air (0.1 is a nudge, 1.0 is quite the throw)
Push Away: How far away your subjects are pushed away from you
ListenForNI: if the plugin listens for people saying 'NI'
ListenForFusRoDah: if the plugin listens for people sayingt 'Fus ro Dah'
NotAllowedMessage: A message that will be shown the player in red if his NI doesn't do anything due to lack of permissions. You can put '' if you don't want a message to show.
