Kits

Kits is a simple yet deceptively powerful plugin allowing you to create, edit and spawn custom kits in-game. When creating and editing a kit, you are provided an inventory in which you will be able to place any item into; changes are made when this inventory is closed.

- Manage Kits entirely in-game with a custom-size inventory GUI for you to add items to or remove items from.
- Everything is drag n' drop
- Create a kit with any name. Kit names are not case sensitive.
- Store any item, with any stack size, name, lore and enchantment; you get back what you added.
- Spawn a kit by clicking on a kit sign.
- Toggle Player inventory overwrite for individual kits.
- Create complete inventory kits.
- Add delays between kits. Kits can have their own individual delays.
- Simple in-game commands displayed and explained below!

- Works with CB 1.7.10-R0.1; works with previous versions that support the UUID changes.
- Hopefully fixed time delay issues.
- Time delay expressions can now be stated literally ("1 month and 2 days, 3 hours & 4 minutes" is a valid expression)
- Cleaned some code.
- Added support for Gravity's updater.

Kits is open source and available on GitHub. There's also an API for developers to create their own plugins that hook into Kits:
This plugin utilizes Gravity's plugin update system. By default, it only checks if any updates are available. You can disable the updater in the config by setting enabled to false. types of updates:
- default - automatically update if the current version of Kits is out of date.
- force - automatically update regardless of the current version
- check - do not download, only check the latest version.
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

You can use hours... 1 hour is 3600 seconds. I will look more into a system where you can define delays as follows:
1d2h3m4s
@nate21601
Use a Permissions plugin and assign the permissions shown above to the players you want to use the features of the plugin.
@DarkenInsanity
I can't be responsible for taking care of delays when a server crashes, however I will look into storing delays on authentic server shut-downs.
@vlwirxton96
This plugin has nothing to do with essentials.
@TristonSmith24
Kits checks permissions on command, not on inventory close. If you have permission to use /kit create, then another plugin is causing the "No permission" error. To identify, All information and error messages displayed by Kits are prefixed with "Kits: ". All "No permission" errors are displayed as follows:
Kits: Incorrect Permissions.
As for your other suggestions, I will take them into consideration.

Posted Aug 15, 2013I think that you should make the delay much easier to use.. Like not in seconds. Change it so that you can use hours, days, seconds, and weeks.. plz

Posted Aug 14, 2013This plugin is amazing but I found some issues with it that hopefully you can fix soon. As I would love to start using this plugin again. If someone uses there kit the delay will work. But lets say you restart the server or it crashes. Once the server is back online they can use the kit again.

I was testing it out and I noticed that when I was a regular play it would help me create a kit up to the point where I put the items in, then it cuts me off and says no permission or whatever. It should stop me right when i do /kit create, that is a minor flaw.
Another thing is that you can view all the kits you dont have access to by doing /kits and I dont like that very much.
Final suggestion is that when you try to get a kit and your delay isnt up, the time should be displayed in hours and minutes not just seconds.
Please Give me your thoughts

Posted Aug 13, 2013I was wondering if there is a way to disable/change the "Kitname was spawned" message. Can someone help me to do that? As it is rather obnoxious when many kits are being given to players.

Posted Aug 12, 2013For some reason, the signs don't work on my server. I do it like: Line 1: [Kit] Line 2: kitname but for some reason it says 'Kit does not exist'. I look in the kits.yml file and the kit's there. Also, it would be nice if you added a way for to people to only spawn kits once per life.

Posted Aug 12, 2013I have a small problem. I have a series of 7 donators, each having their own kit. I want them to be able to access all of the kits of the ranks below them as well as their own kit. I set a delay on each kit in the kit.yml file to equal 1 day. The problem is, once a player does /kit [kitname] once, it sets the timer and that player isn't allowed to spawn any other kits. Is there a way that my kits can be individually restricted, rather than all of them?
Any help would be amazing. Thanks!

Posted Aug 12, 2013This is the best plugin for kits,but.. If you dont choose "overwrite on" it gives you random amount of items.And the plugin is usually outdated. If these lil things be fixed it will be the best kits plugin ever! (donated) :)

Posted Aug 10, 2013This plugin is AMAZING!! Excellent work dude. Thanks. I use it mostly with DonationCraft, as it can store multiple impossible enchantments on one item.

Like I said before, I have tested this thoroughly with no errors myself, perhaps it's another plugin interfering. I will look more into it when I get more time, however.

Posted Aug 9, 2013Individual kits don't seem to have their own delay.
Also, the global delay isn't working. I can get a new kit every few seconds.
Config:
options:
delay: 86400
overwrite: false

Posted Aug 8, 2013Can you please add the option for it to be case sensitive or not, or maybe fix it if it is a glitch, whenever my players try to do a kit I have to remind them that it is case sensitive. Please add this in the next update :/
