Had a hard time writing an essay of a simple kit? Tired of players asking about the items in a kit? This plugin is the solution for you!
Features
This plugin allows players to preview donor kits, player kits, kits that can be bought using in-game money, and much more! It is VERY LIGHTWEIGHT and DOES NOT REQUIRE much RAM or something. It works better with Essentials Kits. This plugin is simple, NO CONFIGURATION IS NEEDED!
Installation
Simply download the LATEST version of Kits Preview and copy the jar file to the "/plugins" folder! The plugin automatically loads the kits for you!
Permissions
previewkit - Allows players to use the command /previewkit. This permission is NOT needed for signs.
Commands
/previewkit <kit name> - Previews any kit in "/kit <name>"
Requirements
Essentials is needed to be installed.
Signs
You can create signs of KitsPreview for your server :)
1. Create a sign and write [kp] on the first line
2. Write the name of the kit on the sign
3. You are done! Right click the sign to preview the kit.

Posted Jun 2, 2014I have a question? On a friends server we use a kits plugin called infinitekits so, is it possible for this plugin to work that, Ive tried yet I cant get the kits to show up the gui is blank when i make the sign and click on it'

Posted May 3, 2014Just get a simple decmpiler and use WinRAR or something and go to KitPreviews.class and remove the message, it's not that hard to do...

Ask the developer to do it (Louis1234567890987654321). Louis1234567890987654321, myself and many others want you to remove the log in message.
If he says no then yes I will release my version with the stupid log in message removed.
Additionally, there is a glitch with this plugin. If you shift click an item in the preview and then instantly close the preview box/menu, the item stays in your inventory and you can use it.
That also needs to be fixed.

Hi. I have although im not going to share it as its not really "good practice".
I said I would however, and Its a shame I have to do something as underhand as this but I think it sucks that creators do this sort of thing.
So it is possible its in the "KitsPreview.class", but you will have to figure it out. (learn how to decompile a .jar file)

It just sucks that you(the creator, louis I assume) feels the need to add your own advertisement to every single player than logs in. By advertisment, I mean This message: This server is running KitsPreview by Louis1234567890987654321
It looks terrible when someone logs in and is the reason I am not using this plugin
You(louis) dont even need to advertise yourself, its obvious its KitsPreview when someone uses a sign/ there is only one Kit preview plugin that works like this (this one).
I am tearing apart the .jar file and the kitpreview.class in order to remove this from your plugin. Other servers have managed to do it (mineverse) so it shouldn't take me too long. I will then upload the .jar file for people to download with this removed once I have done it.
Forcing advertising like this is the worst...
