Kit Essentials
Ever wanted to make your own kits with one command? Ever wanted to make your own GUI that has all your kits in it? If so, this is the perfect plugin for you!
With this plugin, all your have to do to make a kit is to put any kit items you want in your inventory and type /createkit (kit). That's it! No need to mess around with complicated configs that you have to spent 2 hours on.
To give someone access to a kit, simply give him/her "kits.kit.<kit-name>" Example: kits.kit.pvp
To add a cooldown for a kit, give it the "cooldown" option under the the other attributes (in the config). Set it to the amount of seconds before the player can use that kit again.

Posted Mar 30, 2014Is there a way to set a time deley on a kit? So lets say User1 uses /kit starter is there any way to stop them doing that for another 24 hours or somthing like that?

You could use Per World Plugins to disable Essentials in one world, and have Kit Essentials working in the other. http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/perworldplugins/

Posted Mar 27, 2014Could it be possible to make it so every kit can have an option where you can use it X amount of times per life (-1 = infinity per life, 5 = 5 per life, 0 = disabled)
Because I want some kits where it gives you it, no matter if you didn't die, but some I might want per life. Also some I might want to disable 0= easy way to disable.
Also thanks for fixing that bug, or was drop-on-death: false a thing on the config, and I missed it?

Posted Mar 27, 2014Just a quick question. Is there a way to get a cooldown on a kit instead of them getting one after each death? I can see getting a kit after each death becoming an issue... If there's not a way, could you add that please? If not, that's fine! Thanks!

I need essentials kits for my faction world, but I want to use this plugin for kit pvp.
I can't have both :( so I would love an option to change the syntax to something like /ekit and /ekits !

Posted Mar 27, 2014Dude, you need to fix one thing in it... I don't know that its my server's fault or your plugin's so I just report you... When I create kits more than 1, it over writes the previous kit in the /kits (GUI) but when I closed the server and checked the 'Kitessentials's' config.yml and other *.yml things, the all kits were there... but it was not showed in the /kits (GUI) there is only 1 kit.. I really need your because I don't want to waste my time configuring kits.... I hope you understand this problem...

Bug fixes, (@TheCoolGuy123_5_Minecraft_) cleaned up code, easier to setup kits, easier to setup the GUI, easier to set/remove items that can/cannot be dropped (/savedrop and /deldrop).
Make sure you delete any KitEssentials related files/jars before you update to the new version. I had to make some changes in the way things were being save so you have to do that. I know it's a pain but it will make your server run faster in the long run.
Soon to come: better API, something with JSON (because I really like it), custom abilities? What would you guys like to see in the plugin?

Posted Mar 24, 2014I need this urgent. This plugin is AWESOME, but its breaking drops. In survival when you die, I want items to stay there, right now they just get removed! Even if you don't have a kit.
This is a great plugin, I really want to use it, but please fix this ASAP.

Posted Mar 23, 2014@connor1k ./kits is the gui from the server, it list the kits. To remove them, you need to open the config and remove them from the gui. The pvp and archer kits are just there as to show you how to use it. You can replace them with your own kits.
