This doesn't seem like the type of plugin that would break, but before I make a lot of people mad by putting a broken plugin up, I'll just ask: does it still work with 1.5.2?

I was wondering if you could add support for permissions or add another part to the player files with determines if they can have killstreaks (bool) and if they can, what killstreaks they CAN'T use. This allows for people who just want to install the plugin and give access to everyone without having to put every killstreak in each users config.
