Change the first number to the killstreak the player has to be on for the commands to run.
Change the second numbers to the number of commands, and in order of execution on the server console.
Put %name% where you want the players name to be.
Put %killstreak% where you want the killstreak number to be.

Is there any way I can make it to where donators can get x2 the amount of money on a kill?
I have it set up so that killstreak 1-75's command is eco give %name% 5.
I have groupmanager and is there a way I can set a specific group to get double the amount? Thank you!
