Modifiers (unless specified these compound together)

<MAGIC> - The Magic random text, does NOT persist
<BOLD> - Bolds text.
<UNDERLINE> - Underlines the text.
<STRIKETHROUGH> - Strikes out the text.
<ITALIC> - Italicize the text.
<RESET> - Resets text style to normal.

Extra Tags:

<WHO> - Inserts a who's online list
<PLAYERNAME> - Insert the current players name (console safe)
<SERVERNAME> - Insert the server name as configured in server.properties
<MESSAGES> - inserts a count of pending message for the user.
