Have you seen how mineplex's online/max player count works?
5 online - 6 max players | 6 online - 7 max players
It sets the max player count to one more then the current online
This plugin does exactly that.

Posted Apr 10, 2015Nice Plugin, can u add a config where i can edit the slots. In config: Slots: 10 Add per Player: 5 Than the Slots are 10, and when someone join 5Slots added.
