Jump Boost
Jump Boost adds Jump Boost potion effect when pressing shift key down and jump You can select which potion effect it will add with commands and permissions
Permissions
JumpBoost.set (to set jumpboost level ==> of potion)
JumpBoost.set (to set seconds of weakness after jump==>same perm for setting level of jump)
JumpBoost.toggle (toggles on and off)
Installation
- Download Jump Boost
- Put in "/plugins" folder
- Restart server
- Edit the config as you want
- Give permissions to players or groups, witch potion effect they will get
- Restart server
- Done, you can now use plugin!
Known bugs
- [Not solved]Resistance potion effect is too long after jump (if you jump with level 10, you get resistance for 40 secs)

Notice
Plugin version 1.0 works on 1.7.10 so I don't have any reason to update it. Just download it, it works like before. 1.1 doesn't work

Hey, Now you can set your jumpboost level, i'm planning to add a cooldown (temporary, i use weakness effect) i'm also planning to let you set the time of jumpboost seconds, now it it 1 second, you have to jump instant after sneak, but it will change in the next 2 weeks

Posted Jun 29, 2013I have shift key bound to jump on my pc. Does it have to be shift and jump? Or is your use of shift based on default bindings? Cos i dont remember what shift used to do anymore.

I think you could use a config file (remove the perms) and put sth in the config like: jump boost level <selecteslevel> If you need help programming, or you want to learn more about programming, make sure to contact me, i am also pretty new to java programming, and programming is more fun together :D

Posted Jun 17, 2013Thanks for the great plugin, my players love it.
Configuration-wise, it might be cool to specify the duration of the jump effect. I think I'd like to let it last 3-5 seconds, maybe. I'm not sure yet.
If possible, it would also be cool to be able to further increase the jump distance, though I imagine a different approach would be needed.
Anyway, thanks for the plugin, I'll be donating.
