This plugin is a pretty simple plugin which basically removes the default group from PermissionssBukkit. What i mean by remove is, you can specify a group in your config.yml, and when a player joins if he is not in a group he will be put it the group listed, instead of being left in the default group.

This plugin only works with PermissionsBukkit, and as far as i know, it's the only permissions plugin that cannot rank on join by itself.
