This is a simple plugin that hide the Join/Leave message.
This message will not be displayed anymore whit JoinMessageHidder:

I have an idea that no other plugin seems to have of this type.
every plugin has a permission you give a player/group so their messages wont be broadcasted. for example with essentials: essentials.silentjoin and essentials.silent quit
Add one more permission that bypasses any silent join permissions.
if a player has: joinmessagehidder.silentjoin and joinmessagehidder.silentquit, there join and quit messages will not be shown unless someone has permission joinmessagehidder.bypass
