Is it possible to have people automatically jailed? For example, when people are flying, or when they are in an area they arent allowed to be?

I'm trying to make it so prisoners instantly are moved to the prisoners group and back to their original group when they are released. The problem is whenever a non-admin prisoner is released from jail they don't return to their original group but stay prisoners. It announces player has been moved to group builders, player has been moved to group prisoners and they stay prisoners. Why is it doing this can anyone please help? BTW I'm using group manager for permissions.

The jail function seems to work on 1.5.1, but there are a few problems (bugs?). - The sign does not show reason, - EssentialsChat breaks the Creation CellName part,

And some things that has been already reported (Those above were reported already) Also Commands on jail don't run.

But the basic jail function and jail protection (+creation) still seems to work.

I noticed a bug.

I was trying to create a cell, so after i needed to select a chest I had to type in the name of the cell. And that is what I did, I typed: Cell1

nothing happend after that!... Am I doing something wrong or is this just a bug?

I love the plugin but noticed some bugs for Jail v2.3.0 after typing in /jail (username) 5 (Jailname):(cellname) (reason) if I place a reason the Sign say's for example

I don't quite understand what your saying but if I understand correctly than I know what went wrong. So when you tried to unjail yourself, you did your shortened name first and said you weren't jailed right? That's because the plugin doesn't know the one only four letters trick so it thinks that there's a minecraft player with that name. Even I don't get what I'm saying right now so read this next thing to see whats wrong.

So you're testing this plugin and jail yourself. (Pretend that your minecraft name is Billybobjoe.) So you do [/jail bill] because that's the first four letters of your name. But it said [Bill was never on this server]. Well that's because there's someone with minecraft and his username/minecraftname is Bill.

I hope you understand this and helps you. I was tired when I commented this so if you didn't understand I'm not mad.

Hey dude, I just found a bug when I was testing the jail I made with quite a few cells.

It's avoidable, and I'd understand if people never saw it, but I jailed myself as a test with a shorten version of my username, and then for some reason I tried jailing myself a second time with my full username. I tp'd to another cell, and when I tried to unjail myself, it said I was not in jail. I used the other username, and it unjailed me, but I had no inventory anymore.

Nothing of any value was lost, so no anger here. Just wanted to inform you so you can improve upon the greatest jail plugin I have ever used!

I have the same error, I believe that it should be fixed for next version as I think that all users are having difficulty with config

Any way to count chatting in jail as activity to prevent people from being booted? :)

I have a suggestion:

Jailing players on death. For example, if I have the right permission node, I can kill a player and he'll get jailed on respawn.

It somehow cant load the config file. it says Configuration entry missing: Debug or selecttool or canprisoneropenhischest and so on. It fills my console with warning messages.

my server has jail installed and i am a MOD but i have the command and i accidentally jailed myself.

what do i do?
