Overview - Jail - Bukkit Plugins - Projects

Jail

Table of Contents

This plugins adds Jail to your minecraft server. Admins can define several jails and then jail/unjail people or jail them on time basis. Plugin also offers wide variety of protections, so players won't escape out of your jail.

Features:

Jail online and offline players
Wide variety of protections to prevent escaping or simply to create more interesting escape route on role play server.
Protection penalties (increase jail sentence if player is not behaving well)
Guards that will kill player if he tries to escape
Data is stored in either SQLite or MySQL.
Supports multiple worlds
Jailing without commands via item
Supports escaping for role play servers.
Allows players to vote a player to be jailed

Plugin Stats
(you can opt-out from tracking in plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml)

I have the same errors with 2.0 and bukkit, but your changelog shows that there is a 2.0.1 update but it's nowhere to be found?

Seems to not work at all on build 1163 or it just wont work with permissionsEX have added the permissions but says Bukkit sad Bukkit wants you to access command blah blah blah

Hi i found a little problem. I have made a prison with 6 different cells in ranging from Cell1 - Cell6. i type the command (/jail TTlabambaTT 3 dome:Cell1) and it teleports me to Cell2. It is almost like they aren't keeping their names and are getting mixed. If there is a way to solve this please tell me, its just rather annoying.

Whenever someone in jail dies on my server, they respawn at the spawn point not inside the jail and everyone gets attacked by wolves until they are released. How do I fix this?

hey, great plugin, but how do you "roleplay" without another person issueing a command to release the player. like... if the person kills all the guards, and steps out of the "jail area", he is free to go. please reply! (:

Nope. I find it doesn't really lag anything because it only lags a bit [depending on the host] if you jail someone far away from the jail itself. :) I recommend this plugin 100 times over. :D

I am using Bukkit #1060 and Mysql

Is it possible to make a second sign? For example 1 sign for the prisoner in the cell and 1 sign next to the door outside the cell, so that palyers who are looking at the cell, that they now how long the prisoner must be inside and for which reason.
