• Added the /itemnerf check command. Players with the itemnerf.check permission can use this command to see all cooldown timers that apply to them.
• Added a fix to prevent the cooldown from triggering when a player tries to interact with a block (such as chests, wooden doors, etc.) while holding a nerfed item.
