ItemFill
ItemFill This may be the easiest plugin to explain ever.
Just type /fillitem, and it fills a chest or dispenser with the item in your hand. Supports enchantments, writing on books, firework perks, custom named items. Only fills up empty slots. Permissions are enabled of course.
Commands: /fillitem - Toggles fillitem
Permissions: itemfill.fill - Perms to fill a chest/dispenser with an item.
