IslandWorld is simple plugin which can replace old inactive project SkyBlock Co-Op. My plugin is highly customizable and configurable.

Auto-updater
This plugin has a built-in auto-updater, which connects to BukkitDev to check for updates. If you, for some reason, wish to disable this process, you can do so by setting 'version-check' to false in plugin configuration file.

Posted Jun 18, 2015Okay we've been trying to get this plugin to work for 2 days now. We're using it for skyfactory 2 and when we increase the sizing for islands non-ops can no longer break blocks on their island and we have no idea why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated. Please don't say it isn't a direct result of the plugin because it is.

If you have version where we use worldguard regions you neet to update to v1.6.4 first. All data will be converted to new format.

Weird problem I'm having with the plugin. A player just deleted his island. But it did not delete everything under level 26... But it registered as deleted. Now a new player made an island and he gets the old island from the player that deleted his island. But it doesn't set a spawn.. It says: Island doesn't have a spawn location set. Even the command /islandev delete (playername) doesn't do the trick.. Any way to solve this?

Posted Jun 4, 2015Nevermind, the issue below is caused because when converting from V6 -> VX, the owner UUID is not converted, along with other settings. You should probably fix this in a future version.

Posted Jun 4, 2015Playerss are having trouble accessing their islands after changing their username.
./islandev info <player> still displays their old username on their island, even though they are already logged in using their new username. This leads to them being locked out of their own islands.
Could you please fix this bug?

never heard of /islandev createspawn..
im guessing theres a feature that will create a safe spawn area at the world spawn location?
100,64,100 is inside the island areas (all non negative coordinates are strictly for island space
you must create spawn in negative coords, and remember that at the cross in the world where it's x0 and z0, that's the corner of all the islands that will be created. all other 3 corners that contain negative x and or z will be the islandworld spawn area, that you read about it config
theres an option to protect or not protect the spawn area. (allllll negative coords!)
you might want to choose to turn on spawn protection unless you decide to use another plugin like worldguard to protect those areas, but it can be a pain.

Posted May 26, 2015Been trying to figure out this plugin for about 8 to 9 days now. i've spent over 40 hours seriously !
Here is my example problem and situation Lets say for example I have 2x mc accounts cone1 , and cone2. Cone1 has OP, and does /islandev createspawn automatically the plugin teleports my player on like 5x5 cobblestone Square and coordinates of like 100,64,100.
well cone2 or any other default player or higher rank ofc... can break those cobblestone blocks, can also add or move,edit,break the any items in the area... I did /is info and /isdev info, and it says no info for the area... so its NOT ACTUALLY REALLY THE SPAWN ! its just some 5x5 random generated platform in the middle of the air....
how to I lock the area? so you know.... i can make a spawn with cone1 , and not have all the other players on the server break stuff???
was thinking about just doing /is create , then making a spawn on my own island... but I figured there would be an easier way...
along with the issue, is that this /islandev createspawn 5x5 cobblestone platform can 100% be erased, if someone was to happen do /is create... and happens to claim that island Area... it turns to air, and nearby there island is generated... so yeah...
thats why i was thinking of just making my own island for now...
until someone can possibly tell me how to fix the plugin or properly use the plugin to make a spawn the correct way. Please help. will tip.
Edit: # Protection for area under negative coords (-100 x -100) (usually spawn)
everyone was breaking each other islands... but setting this from true to false solved everything. No more people creating islands and deleting parts of my spawn via generating air... lol everything is now protected.
If anyone has any good schematics for sale. hit me up.

did you name the world the same name that you have in the islandworld config?
do u have the perm islandworld.create.normal? or replace normal with new schematic name?
are you seeing any error messages or responses of any type?
we all deff need more info to diagnose your issue

First off I want to say thank you for the awesome plugin. It's made things A LOT easier on me, but also would like to pose a coouple questions to you that maybe you can help with. I am trying to use this plugin for my Sky Factory 2 server and the issues I am having is this: We made a schematic file to use that spawns in just a dirt and oak tree, as Sky Factory 2 allows it. We added the spawn on the tree with the provided block in your description, and even with the config option set to 'true' Whenever someone falls off the tree/island it respawns them back at the IS Spawn and not on their island. The config is set to 'true' for that option, but it does not work.
Also, upon entering the server, the modpack gives you an achievement book, a tinkers construct book, and an open worlds book. Upon island creation the person loses those books and I could turn that off in the plugin. But then there is the issue of someone putting stuff on their island dieing, and then respawning with the torch and books via command blocks. What my question is, is there a work around in order to say "Grant xxxx inventory upon Island creation?"

Posted May 7, 2015im having a problem , when i right click my pathway it gives me an untextured block, is there a way i can have it set to the actual block? because when i shoot the pathway with my crackshot weapon, that shows terrain particals, i only see a whole bunch of snow particals from the snowballs when i shoot it. when i shoot other halfslabs the particals are wood, but yea just when i shoot the pathway and right click it it doesnt act like a correct halfslab..
is this fixable??? :)
actually i think i fixed it by changing the block used for pathway from 44:2 "wooden slab" to 126 "oak wood slab", not sure yet, i crashed when i deleted my island ... :S (clientside crash, i couldnt keep the menu open to disconnect, i couldnt chat or anything and i was stuck in position basically, i had to alt tab out and close it from outside of the game) wierd.
and in chat it said, Couldnt send chat message, or somethin liek that
k , n now im stuck again after creating the island :S
okay i fixed all this issues here
changed pathway from unused wood half slab to the oak half slab, now it's showing wood particals like it should and giving me a oak half slab when right clicked

Posted Apr 28, 2015Could you do something about UUIDListener.onPlayerJoin? It seems that it causes a lot of lag.
For example, on line 53 you create a copy of the island list, but you never use it, you could just use plugin.getIsleList() directly.
The main problem is looping through the list of islands is very expensive, because I have over 250,000 islands.
