What is iSkin?
iSkin is a simple and elegant plug-in which enables the user to change skins, capes and titles in-game and fast. With iSkin you can have specific skins for entire permission groups which makes it rather useful for RPG servers.
iSkin is a simple and elegant plugin which allows users to select custom skins, capes and titles without having to go to minecraft.net. With iSkin you can change either, your own skin/cape/title, another players skin/cape/title and even an entire permission groups skin/cape/title.
Features:

- Persistent skins, cape and titles across logouts and server restarts
- Ability to reset a player to their default settings

Permissions:
- iskin.* = Access to all permissions
- iskin.save = Force save changes
- iskin.help = Display the help menu
- iskin.reset = Reset a particular player
- iskin.setplayer = Change your own or another players settings

Also, yes, a config for the default skin would be great. I for example would like to not have a default skin at all.
Also also, yes I should be on 969, but it has some light bugs, where the corners are dark. Im not sure if this bug happens on this version, will test and report here later.

Ok well the current version of iSkin is not made for the new spout version which has deprecated stuff in it meaning it basically shouldn't work, I am working on a fix for this and should (hopefully) have a fix up by Sunday (18th December)
Also if you'd like I can change the default skin value for when a player joins to their skin? I left it as notch so people could see that it works.
and also you should be on Spoutcraft 969 I think that's the latest Spoutcraft I have which is an RB

Posted Dec 17, 2011Is this still working correctly? When I use /iskin setself URL, then it chnges my skin. After that, if I log out and log in, it goes back to default.
Also, everybody on my server is getting the notch skin... there is only those testplayers and testgroups on the config, witch if I delete, return to the config. Everybody that logs in is added to the config, with skin url setting to the notch one.
I dont think I understand how it works.... It changes everybody skin to this one, the notch one. Is there a way where everybody could have their normal skins( the one they set on minecraft.net) and to change only the skin of those who use /iskin setself?
EDIT: using Craftbukkit 1.0 RB, spout 644, and spoutcraft 942.

Which Craftbukkit build are you using? Are you using the 1337 version of iSkin with the new 1.0 minecraft? Are you using /reload or /iskin reload ?
Also it worked for me when I was testing it so I don't know what the problem could be

Would this be for when if a player changes heroClass their skin isnt updated? I'll add this in 4.0 which is already planned to have NPC skins added aswell but I need an RB for 1.0 to be out for I start

What versions of Spout and iSkin are you using?
