What is iSkin?
iSkin is a simple and elegant plug-in which enables the user to change skins, capes and titles in-game and fast. With iSkin you can have specific skins for entire permission groups which makes it rather useful for RPG servers.
iSkin is a simple and elegant plugin which allows users to select custom skins, capes and titles without having to go to minecraft.net. With iSkin you can change either, your own skin/cape/title, another players skin/cape/title and even an entire permission groups skin/cape/title.
Features:
- Change skins, capes and titles in-game
- Persistent skins, cape and titles across logouts and server restarts
- Ability to reset a player to their default settings

Permissions:
- iskin.* = Access to all permissions
- iskin.save = Force save changes
- iskin.help = Display the help menu
- iskin.reset = Reset a particular player
- iskin.setplayer = Change your own or another players settings
- iskin.setgroup = Change a groups settings

Posted May 16, 2012Not sure how to search for a cape. If you have to type in urls it would be good to allow paste although that might not be up to you.

Can you add in title changes? Like with multiple lines and colors and such?
(old plugin did this but now its dead. here's a link for your consideration)

oben the control menü under options. at the bottom of the list you should find some lines from iSkin there you can see which key is used.

can you tell me how to set a cape?
oh and can you extend the textbox in the spout-gui? i must use the commands because the url is too long for the textbox :(
oh and maybe i found a bug in the version 4.1.0a
when i set the config to mysql, it creates the tables, but the table PlayerCapes has the columns group_name and url, i think it should be player_name, or? ;)

Hmm I would try using a URL of a known skin, I believe you're using a url but it miht not be leading to the image. Other than that try using the latest Dev builds which is what I build against.

Posted May 7, 2012Hi there im using your plugin , but i have same problem as siamaeniu500 .
I have latest version of Iskin and Spoutplugin - when i type command to set a skin to myself it writes me "Your skin has changed" but its not ... Dont you know where can be a problem ? the url of the skin ends with .png and starts with http: , maybe a have wrong site from wich im copying the skins .... Sorry for bad english and thank you for respond

I know I can change them in spoutcraft under controls, but could you also add the options in the config to set the default letters? Would be nice :)
