iShout
A very easy and configurable shout plugin. I am new to programming and have decided to really go through with it. I love Minecraft so much that it got boring and decided to modify it. Well I picked up Java! And am now loving programming! I do it more then actually play Minecraft itself, if that makes since. All my work is clean and configured nice. I don't like to do sloppy work. I just noticed there was no plugin as this such. So I uploaded it, enjoy!
Features:
- Easy to use, customizable messages that can be broadcasted without spam.
- Configurable durations between shouts.
Commands:
- /shout <msg> - Broadcasts the message.
Permissions:
- ishout.use - Lets the user shout. Default is OP.
- ishout.bypass - Lets you bypass the time limit!

Posted Nov 15, 2012Hey, Great plugin! This will work great for VIP's! I am wondering if you can put in a another permission for like Admins. I was thinking, If VIP's are over using this then Admins can type /shoutmute <player>. (ishout.mute) That will basically mean that the persoon who ever the Admin mute couldn't access the /shout [msg] until the Admin typed /shoutunmute <player>. Thats just an Idea. Please add it, it would help a lot!

Hey Blue. Yeah man its impossible. I would have to get the API from both Groupmanager and PEX but I think neither even have an API worthy of doing such a thing.
