Overview
iSay is a complete, comprehensive, and versatile suite of tools that provides a server administrator complete control over everything in regard to Minecraft chat. iSay handles private messages, public messages (which can be distributed to custom chat channels), the ghosting of channels (listening to a channel while actively engaging in the discussion of another), auto-URL shortening, and much more. Having your voice heard has never been this easy.

Posted Nov 25, 2013where is voxel DOOP? :( i came back to minecraft days ago this is my favorite plugin. I cant not find it anywhere for my 1.6.4 server. i want that plugin so baaad :(

If I were to add a 3rd party API support, it would be Vault as the iSay permissions system uses Vault to get a permissions system. Nevertheless, it is something that I'll consider.

I've already begun some restructuring to add Towny and Factions support. Any of those developers could already add a MessagePreprocessor to handle any formatting changes, but I'm adding support outright. Expect it soon!
Also, expect a "ranged" chat soon (i.e. only being able to hear users within a certain radius).
Obviously, since iSay is developed on TVB (a creative server), the survival side is not as strong as I wish it to be as of this moment. But yes, I'm working on it.
