IPtrack
This is a Plugin that will let you track the IPs of players on your server. it will record all the IPs along with the player name. if a player logs in with different IPs you will be notified that it might be a proxy.

Posted Feb 18, 2013I would be willing to test this on my server if you want yourself a beta tester. My server is still under construction and any devastating crashes wouldn't be a problem. Let me know.
