Changelog

1.1 - Added config file to control player damage, block damage and trigger block ID.

1.2 - Added extra config option to customise the explosion delay of any tnt. Regardless of how it was ignited. Added commands: - "/instantmines help" - "/instantmines place" -Alias: "/placemine" - "/instantmines reload"

1.2.1 - Fixed issue with "/placemine" and "/instantmines place" not working correctly.

1.3 - Added permission to prevent players from being inflicted with the extra damage caused by mines. Added config option to allow for the addition of another block which can be in place to detect a valid mine. (Tested on 1.2.3)

Occasionally a piece of TNT primed on a chunk border will not have it's delay time changed.
TNT only responds the the tick delay set in the config under certain circumstances.
