This is a Plugin that allows you to toggle on and off the ability to instantly destroy a block.
[+] Destroyed blocks will drop resources as they normally would.

Commands & Permissions
/instabreak - Toggle ability to break blocks
Permission: instabreak.toggle
/instareload - Reload Config
Permission: instabreak.reload
