How is it able to recognize your money and level amount? If I develop a plugin, it has to be and api, right?

I'm aware that the latest version lags, and I am working on it, but being how this plugin has a lot of steps to go through before the board is actually created there's very little I can actually do.

I have test the v1.0.0 => A LOT of lag (My /mem is at 9/20 max ...) I don't know why ... because timings is not possible but I know that is this plugin because when I remove it, the server work fine ..

Info-Board seems to be causing quite some lags on Spigot 1.7.9. Perhaps due to UUID's? http://aikar.co/timings.php?url=7484987
