put an ' at the start and end of each line for the board

For anyone who downloaded 0.4.0 from my website, I've fixed the issue with the scoreboard not showing up, and have re-uploaded the file.

Because minecraft says that each line can only be on the scoreboard once, so there's nothing I can do, the best way around this is to just set the lines colors to be different

I have vault support, because it would be a waste of time to add support for all of the permissions plugins people use.

And as long as 1.6.4 has scoreboards it should work

If you would have read my comment about Info-Board v0.4.0, you would notice it says to message me if you want to test 0.4.0, because I'm not allowed to post the link to files bukkit hasn't looked at; which fixes prisonrankup.

PrisonRankup changed their API so the older versions of Info-Board won't work with the new PrisonRankup versions.

Well that would be vault getting the values, all i do is get the value from vault.
