xXSniperzzXxSD Has stated that using the scroll variable and or using scroll all together can lag your server . From what I have seen it can eat up memory so if you are using it turn it off and see if that helps.

Try updating spigot . I have updated spigot daily now and have not seen one version that caused errors . If that does not work look in your config most likely you have made a mistake in there somewhere .

That is a good idea and I'm sure he will start taking in ideas when he is back.
And to everyone xXSniperzzXxSD is having so personal issues and he will be back soon . He has stated in here somewhere what he is going through . We all know a few variables are not working such as the stats plugin variables but there's nothing that can be done until he is back.
So please if you are having issues check your config and most likely you will find a space or a tab or something in there causing it to throw errors . As of right now i can confirm it works fine with spigot Build 1279 and bukkit build 2974.
