its turned on but it still does not work even with your example - "<scroll> &4Hi &6World"
it still does not work im not sure why it does not work :(

If you wanted to see if players had the permission node "infoboard.hide" the variable would be "<doihaveinfoboard.hide>
And i could probably add a way to change true/false to yes/no

Then your breaking the config causing it to reset.
Google a yaml online parser, paste your config in there before you reload the server

Look in the variables.yml I'm pretty sure i have one in the player's variables and another in the Stats plugin
And Look at the config for scoreboard per rank(You need Vault)...

Unfourtunitally Info Board can't support other scoreboard plugins(Colored Tags/HealthBar uses scoreboards) And in order for those plugins to work all users are on the same scoreboard(The main one(Defined by Bukkit)) and each has their value set to the text you see above their names. Now the way Info Board has to work, is every player is on a different scoreboard, this way everyone can see their own stats.

Maybe it'll slow down the server...
But I think you could create an option in the config which let's you decide how often you want to update the top x.
