Features:
- supports Vault 1.2.3 or later
- config.yml allows owners to set custom values to the lotteries, the time of the drawings, allow permissions, and to allow a limit to the amount of tickets the players buy(NOTE: lottery values will not be set they have been drawn)
- broadcasts a reminder message to enter the lotteries
- an optional permissions reward
Commands:
- Player Commands:
  - /lottery - get list of player commands
  - /lottery buy <day/week/month> <x number of tickets> - buy tickets for a lottery
  - /lottery list - get list of lotteries
  - /lottery list <day/week/month> - get list of participating players
- Console Commands:
  - /lottery - get list of console commands
  - /lottery list - get list of lotteries
  - /lottery reload - reloads config
  - /lottery reset - resets lotteries to config values and rewards players back with the tickets they bought
  - /lottery history - list past lottery winners
  - /lottery draw <day/week/month> - force draw a lottery
  - /lottery buy <username> <day/week/month> <x tickets> - enter a player into a lottery
  - /lottery list <day/week/month> - get list of participating players
Permissions:
- lottery.* - enable all lottery permissions
- lottery.list - ability to list the lotteries
- lottery.buy - ability to enter the lottery
Bugs:
- there have been no reported bugs so far

Sorry to sound annoying and needy but is it possible to put an expiry date on the permissions node? I think it would be cool if for example, the winner of the week gets oh idk maybe /time day and then at the next draw, he loses the permission and the new winner gets it. I don't know if it's possible but... Well, I get "An eternal error has occurred while trying to preform this command." whenever I try to buy. Is this maybe because I already have the Permissions nodes? Possibly. I'll try it out on a lower rank.

i added a new update that includes your idea. please let me know if it works. also i am thinking about maybe item and op rewards, and I may add another section for may smaller rewards to other players that didn't win but participated into the lottery

I was thinking perhaps a feature to set the winner a permission node? It would be easier than right now where the winner gets their sum then I manually have to set the Perm. Would be easier if I could have them win a node & a sum of money

/lottery history will list past winners, and /lottery list will list lotteries and their info, as far as the saving problem, i don't know what to say. it saves fine on my test server.

and can you add a command that show the last 5 winner, how much is in the pot and how long bit drawing ? all in one

Please look into supporting Vault, instead of just iConomy 6.

Supporting Vault opens your plugin to more servers, as the single API works for many different economy plugins.

Is there a way to set so the lottery starts at a pre-determined amount? Would be cool if the pot started at 1000 since i only have 3 or 4 people buying tickets.

Hey i like your plugin but ehm.... here is one suggestion which i would really like to see added

Could you make these commands : /lottery day time /lottery week time /lottery month time

this would display the time left until the drawing for each individual group

i just think this would be better as everyone is then possible to see how long it takes until the drawing

Example: /lottery month time --> 16 days 4 hours 6 minutes or something simalair i hope you add this!!!!! :D

In weekly draws Where starts the week?

I mean, what day is "1" Monday?

month draw time is the day of the month the monthly lottery is to be drawn
week draw time is the day of the week the weekly is to be drawn
