Let your users shout to the server using a simple command. No more requiring to place users in a global chat channel where they can spam and annoy, just let them shout! iShout uses a timer for shouts, where the user can only shout once per minute. If they try to shout before time is up...They get denied! Shouting is toggle-able with permissions for: Skipping shout timer. Shouting in Color, and Toggling Shouting!
Commands
/ishout - Main Command, lists all commands the plugin uses
/shout - Shouts to the server
Permissions
ishout.toggle - Allows toggling of shout
ishout.color - Allows shouting in color
ishout.shout.bypass - Allows skipping of the shout timer

Yea my bad. Glad I could get that fixed. Ill fix up the class name when i change up the formatting of the code if thats alright, its annoying trying to code in Netbeans with it all messed up with this still in development!
Edit: The file is uploaded just waiting on approval from staff before it shows
