What does it do?
Hypixel Effect 3 release, hence its name, the brainchild of the famous plugin proviens network hypixel network.
Under the new laws introduced by the team mojang, this plugin is perfect for server which wishes to develop without changing the gameplay, it just helps bring a very attractive and highly appreciated by the players side.
Description
Choose your particles with a "gui" menu, these particles will follow you while turning your head falconer.
Open this menu with a command, or type a command to give you a safe, with which you could open it.
This plugin is highly configurable (Using skyoconfig by skyost).
