Introduction
HyperConomy is the all in one economy and shop plugin. It can be a simple chest or sign shop plugin, a Vault compatible economy plugin, a region based shop plugin with many configurable options, or even a complex system of economically competing towns and kingdoms. Any vanilla Minecraft item can be traded in HyperConomy and virtually any custom item can be added as well. Prices can be configured to change dynamically or they can be set as desired. To quickly edit prices and settings you can double click on HyperConomy.jar to access the GUI editor. HyperConomy has many features including things such as item price linking and item displays. Read below or check out the wiki for more information.

Versions and Development Builds
- Recommended builds are marked with [RB] and are generally thought to be stable and bug free.
- Builds marked as [Beta] are as bug free as possible, but often have large code changes which may result in the appearance of new bugs.
- Builds marked as [Dev] are development builds that I've decided to upload to BukkitDev. I may upload dev builds on occasion to provide easy access because Bukkit staff does not allow linking to development builds.
- Development builds may contain bugs as I work on releasing a new [Beta] build. They may also contain fixes for bugs found in [Beta] builds. Use these builds if you're looking for a bug fix, or would like to try out a new feature I've just added. Also, feel free to search for bugs in the development builds. Any help with testing is greatly appreciated!
- Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.
- The latest development builds can be found here.

- If you have a question, or find a bug, first check the FAQ. I will try to include as many helpful questions and answers as possible.

I'll be going on a vacation in about a week. So let me know if you find any bugs soon so that I can fix them before I leave. I'll try to implement item categories before I leave, but there is no guarantee that I'll have time.

Posted Jul 30, 2012@RustyDagger: The command ran successfully, but it wasn't setting the shop that I was using to an economy, it was setting a shop that didn't exist to that economy. I.E. - Shop Area wasn't being changed to economy2, an imaginary shop named Shop%sArea was.
@RegalOwl: It's no rush. I'm sure I'm diving head first a bit fast and should maybe start a little smaller. I love the plugin though. It's easy to use and has a bunch of cool features. I wouldn't mind using underscores either, so I may just use that in the mean time.

Posted Jul 30, 2012Hi,
Whenever I use /reloadfiles, all the config files seem to go back to their default settings, as if they are getting recreated. Any ideas why?
Thanks
EDIT: Just noticed I need to edit the files /while it's locked/, sorry

Currently the new commands do not work with multi-word shop names. I'll add support for them tonight if I get a chance and send you a dev version. For now you can just manually edit the economy in your shops.yml file. I'm thinking I may just remove multi-word shop names entirely and simply display single word shop names that use the "_" symbols as if they had multiple words. This will simplify a lot of things.

Try putting %s between the 2 words. with NO SPACE.
The setmessage command uses a format like:
/setmessage [1 or 2] &eHello%sThis%sis%sa%smessage%with%sspaces
So i am wondering if the same thing will work for you give it a try.

Posted Jul 29, 2012Hey, very new user (purchased Minecraft thursday). I'm trying to change the economy of a shop, but my shop has a space in the name. When I use the /setshopeconomy (name) (economy), I'm getting an Invalid parameters use. I've tried changing it by putting the name in quotes, but that also doesn't work. Ex. Shop's Name is Shop Here. Economy is named economy. The command '/setshopeconomy Shop Here economy' pulls an error, but so would "Shop Here".
Here's my question. Is there a way to make the shop's name so that the command will work?

The web page is a part of the plugin now, more or less. You'll need to restart your server once for it to work.
Currently there is no way to auto restock a chest. Would a transaction sign do what you want? I'll soon have an option to allow unlimited stock for statically priced items.

I've had to restart a few times myself before the web page started working (after setting use-web-page=true). It'll actually tell you on the console log (it's along the lines of "You need to restart before the web page works").

Posted Jul 28, 2012I see a web-page option in the config.yml but I can't get to the webpage. Is the webpage part of the plugin in yet before I test more of it?
Oh, and how can I auto-restock a chest? I want to have 4-5 chests offer unlimited common blocks like dirt in a building.

Posted Jul 28, 2012Regal Is there any easy way you can make it so i can repopulate my items and enchantments.yml from the mysql data base. Im having a lot of issues with my mysql server. and for suitability i think it would be best to move back to the yml. because the shop data is not likely to explode the file size unlike some other data i have in mysql.

Posted Jul 26, 2012The next version will be released soon. I'll update the documentation as soon as I get a chance. The main things to know are:
Line 1 = "$100.55"
Line 2 = "[buy]"
Line 3 = nothing
Line 4 = nothing
A chest with this setting will allow players to buy any item from the chest for 100.55 per item. If your money symbol isn't "$", you will have to put your server's money symbol in front of the price. It is required.

So far I'm not able to reproduce it. Do you think that some plugin is preventing players from using colored signs? What plugins are you running?

I replied on the ticket. I can give you a dev version if you want to make sure that it's fixed for the next version.
