Introduction
HyperConomy is the all in one economy and shop plugin. It can be a simple chest or sign shop plugin, a Vault compatible economy plugin, a region based shop plugin with many configurable options, or even a complex system of economically competing towns and kingdoms. Any vanilla Minecraft item can be traded in HyperConomy and virtually any custom item can be added as well. Prices can be configured to change dynamically or they can be set as desired. To quickly edit prices and settings you can double click on HyperConomy.jar to access the GUI editor. HyperConomy has many features including things such as item price linking and item displays. Read below or check out the wiki for more information.

Versions and Development Builds
- Recommended builds are marked with [RB] and are generally thought to be stable and bug free.
- Builds marked as [Beta] are as bug free as possible, but often have large code changes which may result in the appearance of new bugs.
- Builds marked as [Dev] are development builds that I've decided to upload to BukkitDev. I may upload dev builds on occasion to provide easy access because Bukkit staff does not allow linking to development builds.
- Development builds may contain bugs as I work on releasing a new [Beta] build. They may also contain fixes for bugs found in [Beta] builds. Use these builds if you're looking for a bug fix, or would like to try out a new feature I've just added. Also, feel free to search for bugs in the development builds. Any help with testing is greatly appreciated!
- Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.
- The latest development builds can be found here.

I will, but still having 2 shops is not my preference. Would adding a specific static buy price be hard to implement?

You're sure you're using .974.3? I just downloaded it and tried an infosign and a transaction sign and they both seem to be working.
@Chaznuts
PEX is very likely the reason the per shop permissions aren't working. It has been a consistent problem. You could try bPermissions to test it.

Regular shops meaning the global server shop? That would be greatly appreciated and just makes sense, since static prices are an option. Dynamic shops end up forming their own buy/sell price, but static, you're stuck with what you got (which I like if I can set both prices).
I'm currently using PEX and have been using it since it was the big thing years ago, but I'm on the verge of moving to another one, maybe just bukkit perms.

Posted Jan 28, 2014Hey,
Having a little trouble setting this up. In the help page for signs you say you can use any formatting on the sign (i.e. "Dirt" rather than "dirt") although this does not seem possible. It works perfect with "dirt" but not "Dirt". Is this a bug in the latest version? I have tested with both flatfile and MySQL and have done an SQL command to rename all objects with uppercase first letters, also yielding no result.

I can look into adding static buy/sell prices for regular shops. The player shop option might be the better one for now. When I get a chance I can test the permissions. What permissions plugin are you using?
@Flexo013
It's odd that BukkitDev only supports a few languages. To translate it manually just open the HyperConomy plugin folder and find enUS.hl and open it with a text editing program. Translate everything on the right side of the ": ". If you send me a translation file I'll include it with the plugin for everyone else.
@caribbeancruzer
@Chaznuts
Stock limits don't yet work for server shops. The max stock option in objects.yml currently does nothing. I can work on finishing that feature as one of the next few things I work on.
@tomori_peti
What do you mean by custom item support? If you mean metadata/enchantments/etc it will probably take a while. There are several other things I need to add first.

This is a shop plugin. What you're describing is a plugin that gives rewards for server votes. Would most likely never be on this plugin or any other shop plugin.

I have set the maxstock as a test to 100, we sell the 101th item and it still takes it. I did do an importfromyml (economy) yet it still happens. Has anyone had this command working?

You can set a max stock per item in the objects.yml file.

Posted Jan 25, 2014Is there a method to set a server shop to Buy or Sell only status along with placing a stock limit? This would be very helpful to prevent the intentional unloading of goods for quick profits. The caps and Buy/Sell would work great with NPC's to provide a more realistic look and feel as when the server shop is full, the NPC would be just in a sell status till stocks dropped again. Yes I understand the server shops are indented to be the global market front end, but if I want to have a 10 Miner shops throughout a Nation, it would be nice to have each tied to the Nation economy but each with their own stock values to force people to move around the Nation to seek out the merchants who are buying/selling.

Posted Jan 25, 2014Hmm.. having some trouble here. It's letting me sell in the buy shop, no matter the perms (even a negative perm for selling there). I also don't like that it shows the buy/sell price in each shop, even though only one or the other should be available for use.
These workarounds aren't my favorite solution. I really just wish static items could be more specific. Something as simple as changing...
price:
static: true
staticprice: 20.0
...to be...
price:
static: true
staticsellprice: 20.0
staticbuyprice: 25.0
...on every item in the objects.yml file (along with not using the config tax rate for the pricing) would be more than adequate. Again, it would take some extra work on your side, but all-in-all would be a lot more satisfactory for people deciding to use the static shop and wanting to customize the prices more.
