Introduction
HyperConomy is the all in one economy and shop plugin. It can be a simple chest or sign shop plugin, a Vault compatible economy plugin, a region based shop plugin with many configurable options, or even a complex system of economically competing towns and kingdoms. Any vanilla Minecraft item can be traded in HyperConomy and virtually any custom item can be added as well. Prices can be configured to change dynamically or they can be set as desired. To quickly edit prices and settings you can double click on HyperConomy.jar to access the GUI editor. HyperConomy has many features including things such as item price linking and item displays. Read below or check out the wiki for more information.

Versions and Development Builds
- Recommended builds are marked with [RB] and are generally thought to be stable and bug free.
- Builds marked as [Beta] are as bug free as possible, but often have large code changes which may result in the appearance of new bugs.
- Builds marked as [Dev] are development builds that I've decided to upload to BukkitDev. I may upload dev builds on occasion to provide easy access because Bukkit staff does not allow linking to development builds.
- Development builds may contain bugs as I work on releasing a new [Beta] build. They may also contain fixes for bugs found in [Beta] builds. Use these builds if you're looking for a bug fix, or would like to try out a new feature I've just added. Also, feel free to search for bugs in the development builds. Any help with testing is greatly appreciated!
- Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.
- The latest development builds can be found here.

The name is "netherwarts". I'm not sure what you're referring to with nether stalk. If that's the actual item which exists on the ground you'd have to add that to the items.yml file manually. I haven't added it yet since it seemed to be one of the more useless unobtainable items.
If you ever need to know the name of an item just hold it and type /ii or if you don't want to hold it just type, when holding nothing, /ii [item id] (item damage value).

Yep, what epicbastion said is correct. You can also just do /setshop p1 [name of shop] to move one corner of the cuboid. You don't actually have to delete the shop. Using the setshop command will just update the shop coordinates, but things like unavailable items and shop messages will still be the same.

Yes, that's intentional. Someone wanted to be able to allow purchasing from signs but not the shop so I added the hyperconomy.buysign and hyperconomy.sellsign permissions.

you can either edit the shop config file with the new coordinates or delete it and create a new shop to make it bigger.

Posted Jun 3, 2012Just wondering, the buy only and sell only shop permissions do not seem to apply to the transaction [sell:buy] sign, is that by design?

yeah np glad i could help
@Bobfred1213
It changes once the item (cobblestone in your case) gets close to the median for cobblestone thats 25000 unless you changed it in the config. you can tell it to not use the initial price if you wish but i suggest you stock that item to its median before you do that. else you can wait until people have sold enough items for it to switch to the dynamic price by its self.

Posted May 29, 2012So when will the shop automatically go to dynamic, hyperbolic pricing? Or do I have to do it manually? I told some of my wealthier players to sell there vast amounts of items to get the economy working properly, and they sold a total of about 9500 cobblestone (obviously cobble, lol). However, the price for cobblestone is still the same as it was before, and its initiation value is still true. Does it change automatically? Or must I manually switch it in the config? Thanks :)

you can buy from a sign with dynamic price. This was implemented some time ago, the sign is set up as such:
just make sure you set your config the way you want it as you can make it were these shops are connected to a "bank" account so if people sell to much to the server it run's out of money if that happens they have to then buy from the server to give money back. if you dont like that set up make sure you change it in the config.

Posted May 29, 2012Feature request: Ability to buy from a sign with a dynamic price.
Similar to essentials signs, but the price shown is determined by the current price of the item, plus tax.
On my server i dont really want to have player shops, but i do not want my prices to stay the same like they would useing essentials signs

Thanks for that, it was the shops.yml. lots of §'s everywhere! I am annoyed I didn't notice that! Multicraft truncates errors which is a right pain for trying to track down errors. I had to change

i switched everything from SQL to the Flatfile (all 200 accounts lol) and ran the server with the test now its not lagging at all which is great so it has to do with the MySQL i dont know if you wish to put that somewhere to let people know but its no longer a problem on my server

I'm using a flat file, just essentials economy. That's definitely where the lag is, since it has to make a connection to the SQL database every single click on the sign.
Those are good ideas. I'll add them to the list. :)
