Introduction
HyperConomy is the all in one economy and shop plugin. It can be a simple chest or sign shop plugin, a Vault compatible economy plugin, a region based shop plugin with many configurable options, or even a complex system of economically competing towns and kingdoms. Any vanilla Minecraft item can be traded in HyperConomy and virtually any custom item can be added as well. Prices can be configured to change dynamically or they can be set as desired. To quickly edit prices and settings you can double click on HyperConomy.jar to access the GUI editor. HyperConomy has many features including things such as item price linking and item displays. Read below or check out the wiki for more information.

Versions and Development Builds
- Recommended builds are marked with [RB] and are generally thought to be stable and bug free.
- Builds marked as [Beta] are as bug free as possible, but often have large code changes which may result in the appearance of new bugs.
- Builds marked as [Dev] are development builds that I've decided to upload to BukkitDev. I may upload dev builds on occasion to provide easy access because Bukkit staff does not allow linking to development builds.
- Development builds may contain bugs as I work on releasing a new [Beta] build. They may also contain fixes for bugs found in [Beta] builds. Use these builds if you're looking for a bug fix, or would like to try out a new feature I've just added. Also, feel free to search for bugs in the development builds. Any help with testing is greatly appreciated!
- Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.
- The latest development builds can be found here.

- HyperMerchant
HyperMerchant is a graphical user interface for your players to use to interact with HyperConomy shops.
It is also includes the ability to easily create Citizens npc shopkeepers for your HyperConomy shops. - HyperConomy Web

New Features, Bugs, Problems, etc.
- If you have a question, or find a bug, first check the FAQ. I will try to include as many helpful questions and answers as possible.
- If the FAQ doesn't help, don't hesitate to post your question or make a ticket.
- If you do find a bug, please include which version of HyperConomy you're using, the full error message or stack trace (if there is one), the version and type of Minecraft server you're running, and an explanation of how to reproduce the bug or what causes the bug.

That could be a problem. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll look into it. As far as the currency symbol, did you set it in the language file? (enUS.hl) It used to be in config.yml but that option now does nothing if it's still there. It may not have been wiped by the update process.

Try the latest release. I'm not sure why Transaction Signs wouldn't be working. Could you try them in the latest release again and report any errors if you find any? I'll work on a quick fix if you find something. They work for me on my test server.
Downgrading is complicated so it would be difficult to figure out the errors. It's much easier to fix any problems on the latest release.

This is fixed in the latest release. To fix it just delete composites.yml while HyperConomy isn't running.

The latest release has the 1.7.2 items. Use /importnewitems default to add the new items.

Posted Dec 21, 2013Regal - As of build 319, the objects have underscores for spaces - but the items in categories.yml have none. Although the aliases should pick them up ( I think), the items still appeat in the /browseshop with the underscores, despite having their alias in the shpops unavailable line.
Example:
Shop a: /browseshop a gives you
bane_of_arthropods_1
even though shops.yml has
unavailable: baneofarthropods1

Posted Dec 20, 2013I upgraded to latest dev and the transaction signs stoped working. I downgraded to the earlier version and restored from the backups/ folder but now I get an exception and it stuck at "...HyperConomy is loading. Please wait...".
The errors folder contains nothing but the errors.log contains something about unique constraint on PLAYER. It is trying to add a row about a player but a row with that player already exists..
What should I do????
Thanks.

Ok, I've put item id's back in for now. Also /iteminfo or /ii (item name) will now work in the latest dev build.

There is currently no tax for player shops. If you're inside a player shop that might explain it. I suppose I can add an option to tax player shops as well if that's something you'd like.

Check out one of the bukkit scripting plugins, like Skript.
You can create your own custom commands, like a /promote command that will elevate permissions, grant money and items, and whatever else a promotion should include.

The pricing depends on more factors than just the start price and value. Check your taxes with /ts and check the item settings with /os [name]. It's possible that the item transitioned to dynamic pricing mode which uses a different tax percentage than initial pricing mode. I'd need more information to tell you specifically what happened.

Ok, this is fixed in the latest dev build. Delete your composites.yml file while HyperConomy is disabled to fix it.
