Features:

Restores hunger on death.
Adjustable minimum hunger.
Except permission!
Message on death.
Hunger set command.

Commands And Permissions:

/hungerrestore - Displays HungerRestore info.
Permission: hungerrestore.info
Alias: /hr
/hungerrestore reload - Reload HungerRestore config.
Permission: hungerrestore.reload
Alias: /hr reload
Except permission. (The person with this permissions don't get restored.)
Permission: hungerrestore.except
/hungerrestore set <name> <amount> - Set the FoodLevel of the player.
Permission: hungerrestore.set
Alias: /hr set <name> <amount>
All permission.
Permission: hungerrestore.*

To-Do:

~~Make a set hunger command.~~ Added in 2.0

Bugs:

~~If you do: /hungerrestore reload you get 1 food level.~~ Fixed in 2.0

Does this plugin work with Multiverse Inventories because for me every world has separate inventory health hunger enderchest xp ext. Does it support it?

Yes it does works, but it have few errors occured sometimes. But I don't think the error really affect the plugin.

Then this plugin is for you!
The amount means: If you die with NO FOOD BAR you keep dying for ever. Understand?
Thats why you cant get a lower amount than set in config. Hope you understand.

Does it work on 1.4.6?

Okay, so in the config it asks you to set a number. Is that the hunger level anyone that dies starts at? The effect I am looking for is that you only start with the amount of hunger you died with. So, if you had 2 hunger, you start with 2... if you had 20, you start with 20. I am essentially looking to stop the "kill myself to get hunger back" loop hole of vanilla mc.

Some clarification... If someone lets themselves die of hunger, will this plugin stop them from having a full hunger bar when they respawn?

I am in need of a plugin that prevents people from abusing death to restore hunger. Is this it?

I think its a bug will look at it.
About your question.
If you set in the config 7 it means. If it is below 7 it wil become 7. Otherwise it will be the same as before death.

I can't seem to get it to work on Bukkit version 1.2.5-R5.0

I can use all the commands within the server, but upon death, hunger is restored to 20, rather than the default 7, even after having very little food left.

What are the proper conditions? Do you have to be under "7" hunger for the plugin to take effect? Could I please have an example scenario? :)
