With this plugin - Sneak ++, you can use commands to turn sneak and speed on and off, we also have a /jump command which allows you to jump several blocks into the air.
Commands
- /sneakon - This command turns sneak on
- /sneakoff - This command turns sneak off
- /speedon - This command turns extreme speed on
- /speedoff - This command turns extreme speed off
- /jump - This command shoots you several blocks into the air
Permissions
- sneak.allow - Allows the player to use /sneakon and /sneakoff
- speed.allow - Allows the player to use /speedon and /speedoff
- jump.allow - Allows the player to use /jump

Posted Jul 9, 2014I like this plugin. Are you still updating it? I tried to use it with my development build and it worked for me as an op. I could not put this in a command block for players to use. Was it ever designed to do this?
Players PEX: - sneak.allow
Admin PEX: - jump.allow
- speed.allow
Command Block: /sneakon
bukkit threw a lot of errors.
